Burner, Pilot, and Superheater Restoration

Top Side Of The Burner Casting

This photograph shows the burner casting fully cleaned, painted with high-temperature paint, and ready for the valley insulation to be installed.  The one-foot ruler provides an indication of the size of the burner.  The large black recess at the three o’clock position is where the burner pilot slides into place.  All of the machine screw holes that provide mounting of the sheet metal shell to the burner casting have been drilled and tapped.
